Paper meaning cert- certification of qualification- Highest attained qualification:-
Be it a PSLE (Primary School Leaving Examination) certificate
GCE 'O' (General Certificate of Education Ordinary) Level certificate
Diploma Certification
Degree Certification
Grades do play a part in getting a job to a good extent. Well, for 1, it will get u seated for an interview (other criteria would be working experience).
But what I'm hearing more nowadays is the ability to do well in an interview, might sound easy but, the engagement and interaction with the 'Interviewer' plays an important role in securing the job you want.
Sociable - One big word you might take into an interview room.
Etiquette - You should already have but for some, please change!
To the point: All and all a certain cert will get you a certain pay range, but what the race is now on about is the ability to get the SAME pay for lesser work (yes, its sounds wrong) - let me explain...
Less work means lesser commitment meaning more time for yourself and your family and things you love doing (By this I define it as LIFE, smiles). And some can call it enjoying life.
Exception=People who love doing what they want to do and this is their job, then success is just around the corner... simple example Ronaldinho loves to play soccer, oh my God, guess what soccer IS his job... Getting paid for doing what you love doing is a dream come true and also I feel to a certain extend, climax in life.
Do a little soul-searching might help.
